Who We Are
Training U is a privately owned Registered Training Organisation that has been established since 2013. Training U has built strong relationships across several industries by the upskilling of the Western Australian workforce, both new and existing workers, through high standards in training and assessment.
We can offer a `one-stop’ training solution to companies specialising in high volume, large scale, long- and short-term projects. Our aim is to provide a flexible and responsive approach to our clients’ needs. The benefits of engaging with Training U are, but not limited to:

Training U specialise in on-site training solutions although we do offer partnership/ auspice services, off site training at our facility, either through scheduled courses or ‘on demand’ courses.
We provide you with a dedicated Account Manager allowing for a single point of contact and coordination and where necessary and applicable, access to relevant records in our training database. Likewise, we can ensure qualifications and VOCs are sent in a timely and accurate manner as we understand the urgency when onboarding or mobilizing personnel to a new worksite or project.
Training U prides itself on providing first class training solutions for the mining, construction and health care sectors. One of the key focuses of this company is to apply significant expertise to a broad range of projects, assisting clients in the evaluation and development of VET within these sectors.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are there opportunities to undertake online training?
Yes, we offer online learning via our Training U eLearning portal. Depending on the course you enrol on, you will require a Unique Student Identifier (USI) and password to access your online learning resources. Course feedback and further action planning is provided from one of our experienced trainers.
Do I need to book in advance to secure my place on a course?
We are happy to take bookings up until the day before the commencement of a course, provided there are still places available. Due to high levels of interest in many courses, we recommend that you enrol in advance to secure your spot.
Will I get a certificate?
Yes, depending upon which course you are doing you may even get multiple certificates or Statements of Attainment (SOA). Your certificates or SOAs will outline the nationally recognised units of competency or qualifications you have achieved.
